350 Ghana has successfully conducted an educational outreach at St. Joseph School in the Obuasi East Municipality as part of its Renewable Energy (RE) for Schools Project, aimed at strengthening pupils’ understanding of renewable energy, climate change, energy efficiency, health, and environmental responsibility.

350Ghana has held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and training session in Obuasi, bringing together members from across the country to strengthen climate advocacy, renewable energy action, and collective leadership.

As evening approaches in Jonahkrom, a quiet farming community in the Amansie Central District of the Ashanti Region, life used to slow down quickly. Once the sun went down, darkness took over. Students packed away their books, and phones went off because there was nowhere nearby to charge them.

From 27th to 30th November 2025, 350 Ghana Reducing Our Carbon (350 G-ROC) successfully implemented the Renewable Energy for Schools (RE for Schools) Project in Axim, in Ghana’s Western Region. The initiative was carried out in collaboration with Axim Technical Institute and Axim Girls Senior High School, under the theme “100% Renewable Energy for Schools.”
