RE Summit is an initiative of the 350 Ghana Reducing our Carbon, a formal network of young people with the aim of mobilizing and empowering the youth in partnership with the Government and other key stakeholders to actively champion the need to reduce Ghana’s carbon emissions and promote Renewable Energy systems, as a key effort in combating climate change.
The RE Summit is aimed at the following objectives:
1. Provide a platform for exchanges youth, policy makers and other stakeholders in the green and circular ecosystem on the adoption and eventually transition to renewable energy.
2. Highlight the latest advancements and opportunities in Ghana’s RE sector.
3. Influence Ghana’s future RE policies and ensure a sustainable energy future.
4. Raise public awareness about the importance of RE and its role in combating climate change.
