Charles Wundengba – Communication Manager

Charles Wundengba is a climate activist in Ghana, known for his leadership and contribution to the 350 Ghana movement. He started volunteering for 350 Ghana in 2015 and was appointed the Digital Content Leader in 2017, where he has elevated the visibility of the movement through online platforms. Charles holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Communication and is currently studying for his MPhil in Strategic Communication. He is also the CEO of Wundef Media, a content creation and brand management company in Ghana.

Charles has been instrumental in organizing several successful events, including the Schools for Climate event at St Louis Senior High School in Kumasi, the Women in Renewable Energy campaigns, and the integration of Renewable Energy strategies into the Medium-Term Development Plan of Metropolitan Municipal and District Assemblies in the Greater Accra Metropolitan Area (GAMA). He has attended 350 Africa workshops in Kenya and Rwanda in 2019 to improve his digital campaigning skills and has since facilitated several training workshops for young media practitioners and digital campaigners.

Charles Wundengba’s exceptional leadership and commitment to climate activism have made him a key figure in Ghana’s climate action community. He continues to inspire and motivate young people to take action on climate change, and his work has contributed significantly to the growing momentum for climate justice in Ghana.
